Sheet Production Types

E Wave (Micro Wave): The number of grooves in one meter is 295, the groove height is 1.15 mm. – 1.65 mm. Corrugated cardboard is between. E wave grooves which are a thin wave; It is produced for nondurable consumer goods and gift packaging.

B Wave (Thin Wave): The number of grooves in one meter is 150 – 184, the groove height is 2.1 mm. – 2.9 mm. Corrugated cardboard is between. B wave, which is more resistant to surface crushing due to low groove heights and wavelengths, has a surface more suitable for printing than others.

C Wave (Medium Wave): The number of grooves in one meter is 120 – 145, the groove height is 3.5 mm. – 3.7 mm. Corrugated cardboard is between. This wave type exhibits the best lower and upper compression strength, just like the B type.

E + B (Double Wave): It is a double-layer product type formed by the combination of E and B wave products. This type of production is at least as durable as B + C and is generally applied for the packaging of products that are heavy or light but smaller in volume than required for B + C. Ex. Durable Consumer goods, Hand Tools, Television, Textile, Machine Parts, Shoes … etc.
